The Chair for Meetings
At last, a chair designed for comfort during long meetings - or as the maker, Steelcase politely puts it - designed "for the needs of collaboration." The cobi chair adapts to shifting postures of the sitter to combat stiffness, tingling and other hazards of, uh, "collaboration." Drape your arm back over the top and the top flexes, dig your back in and the back flexes, and a "weight-activated mechanism" senses your shifting "center of gravity" (the technical term is "antsy-pants") and adjusts the whole seating experience automatically. The cobi only needs one setting by hand, for height. The chair recently won a prestigious international design award. Sales start in June at $439 a copy. --Jeff B. Copeland, Content Product Manager

New PC Lease Deals Entice Biz Owners
There's something about 0% financing and one-dollar lease buyouts that business owners seem to like. Dell recently offered just that on its EqualLogic storage devices. And strong demand has spurred Dell to expand the offer to include some of its Latitude laptops (E5500, E6400 and E6500) and PowerEdge 1950 and 2950 servers for tech totaling $25,000 or more. Lease for 36 months at 0% financing, and buy the equipment for $1 when the lease ends. The 0%, 1 buck-buyout deal can be a good choice for small and mid-size businesses looking to "refresh" their tech to improve performance and lower maintenance costs. -- Daniel Kehrer, Editor of Business.com

Killer Recession Pitfalls to Avoid
This is no time to be making boneheaded biz moves. Of course, knowing what's boneheaded and what's not is tricky. Luckily, biz owners have a secret weapon many don?t know exists. It's called SCORE, and it's a power-packed network of over 10,000 expert business mentors nationwide who offer FREE (as in $0.00) and confidential (as in you don't have to sign away your privacy) advice and counseling for small biz and startup entrepreneurs. Just visit their website, call 'em (800-634-0245) or locate the nearest of SCORE's 389 local chapters nationwide (plug in your ZIP Code). For tough times, this is easily the slam dunk deal of the century. -- Daniel Kehrer, Editor of Business.com

New Web Community for Office Pros
Does the world really need another online business community? The folks at OfficeArrow (OA) are betting it does, having just launched what they're billing as a business support networking site for office professionals, including office managers, administrative assistants and small biz owners. OA gives members a chance to talk with industry specialists and other office professionals to trade workplace tips and research solutions for such things as business travel, office equipment, finding discounts on office supplies and managing meetings. One nice feature of the site is its list of over 100 free templates that include everything from expense reports to emergency forms. -- Daniel Kehrer, Editor of Business.com
